What is a creative concept space some may ask…? Well, we feel it is a place where creativity can run free, a space that has multi-use including: local design gallery, photographic studio, event space, private functions, launches, film/music shoots, workshops and creative studios etc…..

Over 200m2 of parquetry flooring graces the ground level with ramp access on the corner of Church Ave & Bourke Street. The LOCAL DESIGN creative concept space allows for multi-use on the ground level with bathrooms & catering facilities on the first level. All day building parking is situated directly behind the building, so no more parking fines people!

A selection of LOCAL creatives have permenant studio spaces including: Emma Elizabeth Designs, Fiona Susanto Photography, Tom Fereday Design, Rachel Vosila & House of Six. If you are looking for a studio desk space or even a place to hot desk just flick us an email and we can send you our reasonable rates.

We are a space for hire with a twist, the twist being we don’t mind if you screw into the walls, attach things to the ceiling or even bring in animals. The creative concept space is a blank canvas for creatives and commercial clients to let their hair down and create unique experiences and moments for their brands.

We have only been up & running for a week or so, with clients like: Pottery Barn, Sunbeam Australia and Brickworks having utilised already, the LD creative concept space. #supportlocaldesign #australiandesign
